I was run off the road by another driver who ran the stop sign entering onto a 65 mph highway forcing me into oncoming traffic. He ended up behind me. I had to evade both him and an oncoming car.
It was the closest I have come to death. I was driving a small Honda and my abductor was in a heavy duty Ford pickup truck. When he entered into the highway he almost broadsided me so my only option was to go into head on traffic and pull back in. His truck would have crushed me.
Then he got behind me and proceeded to terrorize me for many miles. It is in rural area and there's no safe place to pull over. All he had to do was tap me and it would put me into a ditch. He was aggressively tailgating me. I thought the guy must be nuts and wanted to run me off the road intentionally. I was scared i would not make it home. This is out in the Tucson Arizona Desert in rural area. There are no businesses, no gas stations, just a desert road.
The other driver claims to have seen my gun and was the one in fear of me. They are now trying to charge me 6 yrs in prison. I have no criminal record and I take care of my disabled mother. I need help.
I can not afford a lawyer and I'm asking for donations. I don't know what else to do. The public defenders are not helping me.

Man who takes care of disabled mother wrongfully accused is charged for 6 yrs prison -- has no criminal record and is an author of a political book
I need immediate support
I'm a whistle blower and have complained about the corruption out here. I have never commited a crime or even thought about it, even though I've been poor most of my life, it is not my desire. People are being executed by American police all the time, it is not on national news, and the police have almost full immunity. The situation here with corruption is very bad because it is rural, by the border, and there is a liberal mayor that has allowed for a Sanctuary City and the Sheriff is also a liberal. They run out the good people and replace them with bad -- drug runners, criminals, etc.

She needs me but they are trying to give me 6 yrs in prison because a driver seen my firearm and the officer is trying to conjure up severe charges. The other party even admitted no gun was ever pointed at him or anyone, but he frantically told the cops I have a gun and that his daughter was in fear. I did have a gun and it was legally possessed.
My mother's disabilities are as follows: Arthritis of the hip, shoulder, hands, knees, neck, spine. Cervical Spondylosis, total spine from tip at the neck to lower end. Aortic Valve Stenosis, Heart Valve plus heart mur mur. Vitamin D and B deficiency. Left and right knee - bone on bone. Right shoulder - rotor cuff torn - won't heal - arthritis spurs. Psorosis and edema on hands and skin. Photo sensitivity. Head injuries from 1989 accident at work. She was in the 1989 earthquake in California near where most of the fatalities were. Has had eye surgeries. All is verified by her care provider.
Officer falsifies the report: One of the officers looked up the laws on the side of the road and used legal terms (legal language) to describe my actions which were false and hearsay. He showed extreme prejudice and dislike towards me. He said I had made him angry and acted as if on steroids while I was calm and did nothing to provoke him. He looked up the laws / didn't even know the laws they enforce. The report sounded terrible since the officer was so biased against me. No gun was ever pointed at the other driver. The driver was behind me but was in fear of me? Doesn't make one bit of sense. One officer who seemed to be on my side said they were going to let me go but they never did. He said this several times. "If he was going to arrest you they would have done it by now" he claimed and maintained I was in the right. Then he said they are looking up the laws. That's how I knew the other officer was looking up the laws. After I was arrested, I seen the police report had legal words put in by the officer that pertained to the worst charges they could possible apply. He was also trying to make me look guilty and discounting my story.
The police would not accept any other story other than the one that was told by the other driver. I didn't realize it until after I read the police report how they had framed up the report -- there was a extreme bias against me. The cop kept saying at the scene "this is what you did" and kept repeating what the other driver had claimed over and over. "I don't have a problem if that's what you did" as if i could go if I repeat after him and the other cop kept saying don't worry they'll let you go. All I could think about is it was time to get home and to help my disabled mother. I never wanted any problems with anyone and I drive very passively. They were holding court on the side of the road and trying to force me to repeat the other side of the story which is false.
The arresting officer injured my shoulder when he put the cuffs on. I told him it hurt and he said, "that's what you get". One officer had some compassion said, he's a big guy and changed the cuffs so my shoulder blades were not pinched. I was still in pain though.
I Have No Criminal Record and I'm a Lawful Person
I have no criminal record, drove an 18 wheeler before, and have a clean driving record. The other driver only claims to have seen my gun and was in fear of seeing my gun. I don't see how he could have possibly seen my firearm. and a man in fear does not continue to follow another man. The charges are double charges for the same thing because his underage daughter was in his heavy duty truck that terrorized my little Honda. I never seen either one of them at anytime and he's the one following me and terrorizing me with his daughter. No charges against him for running me off the road into head on traffic and terrorizing me down the road. A truck when driven recklessly is more dangerous than a gun.
The Sheriff Are Known to be Bad Here and the Area is Dangerous - Article:
It is out in the desert and very rural, It is near the border and it is not the same as in a stable area in the USA. There's an article about how bad this area has become in the Tucson Weekly (see link or google the term): The Saga of Three Points. It is about the Sheriff department ignoring crime and letting the area go to waste. While it doesn't say the Sheriff are corrupt you can get the picture. I've personally seen a lot of good people move from this area like Mariam Witfield who was mentioned in the article. My mother and I are stuck here for the time being. I'm hoping we can move up north to a better area and far from the border insanity. I want to move to an area where I don't have to provide security for my mother because law enforcement doesn't do their job but we are stuck here because of this and financial reasons. I obviously need a real lawyer and not a public defender.

They are trying to claim it was "road rage", even though the other driver had ran me off the road then terrorized me after that, but the road rage claim is against me not him - there were no exchange of words, I don't even know what he looks like. He pulled up next to a police car on the side of the road and yelled gun, gun, gun, frantically. The driver claims he seen my gun while following me (from the same lane directly behind me), yet claims they were the one's "in fear" (if they were in "fear" of me, why would the driver keep following me?). Any logical person would conclude, if you were following someone and you were "in fear of them", you would stop. Scared people do not continue to follow people they are afraid of. That's their story.
I was quickly arrested at gunpoint by hostile officers. They totally discounted my story even though I was the one in fear of the pickup truck, The truck was used as a deadly weapon against me and used to further intimidate me for many miles. He forced me off the road into head on traffic then terrorized me for many miles out in the middle of the Arizona desert. As a former truck driver it was the closest I have ever come to death. I have never come that close to death in my life period.
He also did not give me a chance to adjust after seeing my life pass before my eyes. I evaded 2 accidents in a split second. The second car I evaded was a car coming head on because I had to evade the truck. Then the driver proceeded to terrorize me for many miles. It was a big nightmare for me. His newer heavy duty truck was a threat to my older tiny Honda car and my safety. Instead of giving me space to pull over, the driver got hot on my tail, and didn't give me a second to think. I was in shock, my heart was pounding, and I did not know what to do. Being this is out in the desert by the border it amplifies the effect because you never know what a person is thinking after they do something crazy on the road. Especially after being forced into head on traffic and being in this area. The 2 options were be crushed by the truck or go into head on traffic. There wasn't time to brake.
After the other driver frantically told the cops I had a gun, I was immediately pulled over. I was still in shock from what he had just did to me, running me off the road, not allowing me to pull over, being terrorized, and everything seemed to happen at once, as if a stage. The Sheriff who never respond to our complaints, were now instantly responsive and interrogating me, after holding me at gun point. My heart was already pounding from being run off the road. My mouth dried up and was dehydrated because I was nervous, it was hot, this is the desert in the summer, and I couldn't communicate because of the circumstances. American cops are known to be pretty hostile and especially in Arizona they are not very ethical.
I was in fear of the other driver, I had almost lost my life because of him, and his truck was a deadly weapon driving behind me. His truck was a heavy duty truck and I was in a fuel efficient Honda that could easily be crushed by it. I had to talk to angry cops that were only interested in taking the other guys side of the story. I was unprepared to deal with all this from the start. I was just trying to get home to do dishes for my disabled mother and finish the work I was doing around the house for her.
This is disrupting my career goals and work. It is disrupting what I volunteered to do for my disabled mother and my sleep patterns. I also research alternative health for my mother's health and provide her suggestions. Please help me.
